Sunrise Detox:Counselor

Sunrise Detox is a premiere center for drug and alcohol detox. We promise to provide one of the most comfortable medical detox processes available, focusing on creating a dignified road to recovery. Our clients stay in modern, elegantly furnished rooms where good nutrition is an essential part of the detoxification process. We offer individual and group counseling, along with 12 Step meetings to support clients post-treatment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

New patient intake and orientationFacilitates orientation groups with patientsConducts group sessions for all patientsAddresses patient's concerns and helps eliminate the possibility of AMAProvides Case ManagementDocumentation in patient medical record

Requirements:

Minimum one-year experience in substance abuse field, detox preferredExperience conducting group sessionsMinimum Education: Master’s working towards licensure OR Bachelor’s with certificationFlexibility and willingness are great attributes

Schedule:

Full Time; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday8:30AM - 5:30PM

Compensation:

Hourly rate competitive with experience and location
