Job description:
Duties/Responsibilities:New patient intake and orientationFacilitates orientation groups with patientsConducts group sessions for all patientsAddresses patient's concerns and helps eliminate the possibility of AMAProvides Case ManagementDocumentation in patient medical record
Requirements:Substance Abuse license or certification, clean and activeMinimum one-year experience in the substance abuse fieldExperience conducting group sessionsFlexibility and willingness are great attributes
Schedule:Full TimeMonday - Friday 1:00PM - 9:30PM
Compensation:Hourly rate competitive with experience and location
