Duties/Responsibilities:
New patient intake and orientationFacilitates orientation groups with patientsConducts group sessions for all patientsAddresses patient's concerns and helps eliminate possibility of AMAProvides Case ManagementDocumentation in patient medical recordRequirements:
Must have LAC, LPC, LSW or LCSWSubstance Abuse license or certification, clean and activeMinimum one-year experience in substance abuse fieldExperience conducting group sessionsFlexibility and willingness are great attributesSchedule:
Full TimeMonday - Friday 1:00pm-9:30pmCompensation:
Hourly rate competitive with experience and locationFull time employees may be eligible for the following:
