team, where you will perform various financial planning and analysis processes to support key strategic decisions, drive growth, and ensure financial objectives are achieved. As a

Senior Financial Analyst , you'll report to the

CFO

and collaborate with the broader finance organization and support the business teams.What you'll do:

Financial Analysis

Support business teams with analysis to drive decisions: assessing return on investment (ROI), lifetime value (LTV), churn studies, and ad hoc analyses.Collaborate closely with the business and data teams to gain a thorough understanding of the business, analyze it, and provide recommendations for improvement.Analyze key performance indicators, financial trends and develop key insights and recommendations.Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking.Corporate Finance

Build and maintain financial models to be used for the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles. This includes revising forecasts based on the latest business insights and metrics.Assist in maintaining the accuracy of financial metrics shared across the business.Proactively identify potential risks to future growth and revenue by monitoring metrics and key performance indicators.Act as a key contributor to presentation materials used to explain variances and underlying changes to the business.Prepare materials for budget meetings.Process Improvement:

Improve financial processes to support the business growth and complexities. This includes implementing best practices, finding efficiency opportunities and recommending data-driven decisions. What you bring:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.At least 4 years of experience in financial/quantitative analysis.Demonstrated excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to identify trends in data, construct forecasts, and derive insights.Familiarity with SQL and analytical experience working with large volumes of complex data.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets.Extra points if you have:

Experience with ERP software such as NetSuite/SAP and analytical tools such as Holistics/Tableau.Previous experience in strategic corporate finance, private equity/venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, or similar environments.Track record of developing frameworks for planning and performance to ensure the company achieves its financial objectives and operates as a well-managed business.Experience with SaaS metrics and forecasting.What we bring:
