A Key Account Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining key accounts. This includes team management, customer communication, trial planning, and discovering of opportunities.Lead and manage account representatives, support engineers, & techniciansManage safety initiatives, customer site technical sales & service personnel, treatment program performance monitoring/documentation, and overall customer meetings & communication of business expectations & results.Maintain and build business/customer relationships.Meet sales, gross profit, product mix/profitability while returning value and savings to the customer.Work closely with District Manager to continually assess personnel and develop sales team plan through PDR process.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree). Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree5+ years of industry experience (pulp and paper or water treatment preferred)Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problemsProject management of complex projectsStrong relationship management skillsExperience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying themAbility to work with autonomy and direct/coach indirect reportsDocumented results using a consultive sales processPerks!
