FEQ225R128Reporting to the Director of GTM Operations, the Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the program management and direct delivery of GTM operational and technology projects. You will manage the end-to-end design, delivery, and communication of projects, and shepherd them through successful resolution. You will partner with and build relationships across a wide variety of stakeholders, including Sales, Strategy, and IT, to consult on solution design of operations and business systems, and keep project deliverables on track using project management best practices.The Impact You Will Have

Oversee process to govern GTM sales operations workstreams to drive sales and operational efficiency at scalePlan and drive the execution of project deliverables with change management considered at all phasesDrive projects by gathering business requirements and advising on systems and operational design best practicesDevelop, maintain and refine sales support systems, and define governance models for reviewing, triaging and servicing requestsCo-manage offshore operations team to provide world-class operational support to our sales and sales strategy teamsWhat We Look For

8+ years of experience leading business systems design and managing projects in fast-moving technology companiesProficient in Salesforce, including design, reporting and data managementExpertise in project management methodologies and process designAbility to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across different departmentsUnderstanding of technical sales, SaaS, or similar go-to-market motionBenefits
