Reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Operations, the Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the program management and direct delivery of GTM operational and technology projects like Salesforce. You will manage the end-to-end design, delivery, and communication of projects. You will partner with and build relationships across a wide variety of stakeholders, including Sales, Strategy, and IT to consult on solution design of operations and business systems, and keep project deliverables on track using project management best practices.The impact you will have:Oversee process to govern sales operations workstreams to drive sales and operational efficiency at scalePlan and drive the execution of project deliverables with change management considered at all phasesDrive Salesforce related projects by gathering business requirements and advising on systems and operational design best practicesDevelop, maintain and refine sales support systems, and define governance models for reviewing, triaging and servicing requestsWhat we look for:5+ years of experience leading business systems design and managing projects in fast-moving SaaS companiesExperience with consumption business models and operational processes to support a consumption sales motionProficient in Salesforce, including design, workflows, reporting and data managementExpertise in project/program management methodologies and process designAbility to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across different departmentsUnderstanding of SaaS company selling motion, and the systems and tools involvedAbout DatabricksDatabricks is the data and AI company.
