Ideal candidate will have the following:College Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field of study or minimum of ten years of food and beverage management.Ability and experienced in the daily management of a food and beverage staff consisting of 75+ staff membersExperienced in the development and control of the overall Food and Beverage operations (both revenue and expense) for all guests including design and scripting of all menus, service enhancements, special events, off property dining venues and camp dining.Passion for developing and mentoring a teamProficiency with financial statements, scheduling, payroll, accounting and progressive discipline.Strong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophySalary Range & BenefitsStarting salary range is $90k to $100k depending upon experienceOn site housing providedMedical and Life Insurance CoverageAnnual Performance / Salary Review
