Radiologic Technologist

As a Radiologic Technologist, you are responsible for obtaining clear imaging results by properly using equipment and ensuring patient comfort during x-ray procedures. Compliance with safety regulations regarding radiation use is essential to protect yourself, patients, and staff from over-exposure.Responsibilities Include:Travel to various healthcare facilities in the area, operating company-owned vehicles.Perform diagnostic and radiographic exams using portable x-ray equipment.Review images to ensure quality.Perform electrocardiograms using portable ECG equipment.Gather and complete appropriate paperwork.Adhere to policies and procedures for daily operations.Monitor equipment performance and address problems promptly.Review and ensure timely availability of high-quality exams for interpretation.Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication with technologists, staff, and management.Perform all assigned duties to ensure efficiency and quality patient care.Skills / Requirements:Certificate or Associate’s degree from an accredited radiology school.State certification & ARRT license required.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Benefits:Competitive Compensation.Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with employer match.Disability and Life Insurance.Overtime Opportunities.PTO.
