Radiologic Technologist

As a Radiologic Technologist, you are responsible for obtaining clear imaging results, which requires the proper use of equipment and keeping patients calm and informed throughout the x-ray procedure.Responsibilities Include:Travel to various healthcare facilities in the area, operating company-owned vehicles.Perform diagnostic and radiographic exams using portable x-ray equipment.Review images to ensure quality.Perform electrocardiograms using portable ECG equipment.Gather and complete appropriate paperwork.Adhere to policies and procedures for daily operations.Monitor equipment performance and take appropriate measures to resolve problems.Review and ensure exams are high quality and available for interpretation in a timely fashion.Consistently demonstrate effective communication, both written and verbal, with all technologists, staff, and management teams.Perform all duties as assigned or required to ensure efficiency and provide quality patient care.Skills / Requirements:Certificate or Associate’s degree from an accredited school of radiology.State certification & ARRT license required.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Ability to work independently.Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Benefits:Competitive Compensation.Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with employer match.Disability and Life Insurance.Overtime Opportunities.PTO.
