Graphic Designer

LERMA/ is looking for a graphic designer to join our team in Dallas. This position will be responsible for designing and producing a wide range of materials for clients across the LERMA/ portfolio, including logos, brand identity, traditional advertising, social media, etc. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a tight-knit team of seasoned professionals on high-profile projects for national clients.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with creative leads, brand managers, and clients to execute high-quality design products.

Creation of logo design, brand identity, and advertising materials in both print and digital.

Bring on-trend design ideas, stay on top of current design trends.

Master of typography.

Contribute creative ideas to non-design assignments.

Create comp art for presentations, print, mockups, digital, and OOH.

Push the overall aesthetic offering of the agency.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative design environment.

Excellent design and production skills to deliver print-ready and digital files.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software, Keynote, and PowerPoint.

Strong eye for design, illustration, and typography.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Ability to multi-task in a time-sensitive production environment.

Requires minimal supervision to deliver projects on time.

Desire to continue growing and building your skillset with education and training.
