(Recent graduates welcome)This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at SPICY TRIBE. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic design, logo design, branding, and typography for various projects. The role involves collaborating with the team to bring creative visions to life and contribute to the overall brand experience.Responsibilities:Client Engagement:

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and target audience.Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients, effectively communicating the rationale and human insights behind design choices.Build and maintain strong client/partner relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and trust.

Project Management:

Oversee the entire design process, from initial brainstorming to final production.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.Coordinate with other departments (e.g., account management, strategy, video production) to ensure seamless project execution.

Brand Development:

Develop and maintain innovative and unique brand identities for clients, including logos, color palettes, typography, and overall visual aesthetics.Continuously explore and propose new ideas and concepts that enhance clients' brand presence and engagement.

Graphic and Website Design:

Create and oversee the production of high-quality graphic design content, including print and digital materials.Lead the design and development of innovative, user-friendly websites that enhance user experience and engagement.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Leads visual storytelling across various channels, including digital, POP (point of purchase), POS (point of sale), mobile, website, print, member experience, sales, and marketing assets.Create assets used in online marketing campaigns, ensuring that each asset meets or exceeds client’s standards of quality design, layout, and typography.Responsible for conceptual development and innovative creative solutions for a myriad of digital marketing needs including website, mobile, app, and email assets.Perform trend design audits to assess current and up-to-date design competitiveness.Coordinate production deliverables with agency/vendor partners.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Preferred/Desired Qualifications

(Recent graduates welcome)Bilingual in English and Korean a plus.High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite apps (Photoshop, Illustrator and other related programs essential).Excellent understanding of typography, color theory and layout principles.Detail-oriented, flexible and able to work on multiple projects at once.Design and display creatives.UX/UI experience a plus.Portfolio is a MUSTQualifications

(Recent graduates welcome)Graphics, Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Branding skills.Typography design proficiency.Experience in creating visually compelling designs.Strong attention to detail and creativity.Proficiency in industry-standard design software.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.Experience in advertising or marketing is a plus.Creative Leadership:Develop and pitch creative concepts and strategies that align with client objectives and branding.Set and maintain high standards for creative excellence and innovation.Continuously seek improvement of processes and finding efficiencies in creative ideation / production.
