Qualifications

3+ years experience as a design professionalProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software–specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopMeticulous attention to detailMastery of typography and color theory, and fluent in standardized color platforms – PMS, CMYK, RGB, HEX, etcExcellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusStanding, walking, bending over, and repetitive use of legs are done occasionallyResponsibilities

The graphic designer is responsible for supporting the company mission, vision, values, and financial goals by creating outstanding visual design elementsThis role’s primary duty is to deliver high-quality print and digital art assets for both internal and external audiencesLeverage industry-standard design principles and software to create designs, concepts, and layouts for both print and digital applicationsDesign within, maintain, and monitor corporate brand guidelines for all deliverablesExecute the visual articulation (style and tone) of brand strategy, initiatives, objectives, and goals through best-in-class design solutionsProduce all guest-facing graphic design assets including, but not limited to:Brand identity (e.g. logo, font, specs, colors, style guide)Point of purchase (POP) and sales collateralPrint advertisementsDigital/social media organic content and advertisementsWeb graphics and animationsPresentations (e.g. PowerPoint)Partner with the internal marketing team to facilitate production and trafficking, taking projects through the creative process, editing stages, arranging of printing and pre-flight, and delivery of final assetsOperate and maintain a Macintosh system and other company hardwareAid in photo retouching, video editing, outlining and illustrationsRepresent the Creative Services Team in cross-functional meetingsParticipate and contribute input into recurring departmental staff meetings, including ownership of design update documents and presentations to leadership teamsMeet required deadlinesBenefits
