In this position, the vendor should understand the content of the menu and ensures that food is delivered in a timely fashion. The vendor should understand and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and help with the execution of area setup and breakdown.Key Areas of Responsibility
Ensures all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored.Works within assigned area to deliver food/beverage to guest satisfaction.Knowledgeable on all menu offerings.Follows set up and break down processes efficiently....
Essential Job Duties
