Hybrid opportunity in Atlanta, GA 30342 (onsite 2 to 3 days a week)Our Atlanta client is seeking a talented and driven Sales Director - Convenience & Emerging Channels with proven national sales experience targeting Convenience & Fuel accounts (QuikTrip, RaceTrac, WaWa, 7-Eleven, Circle K, etc.) for food items/products. This is a full-time permanent position with onsite work required 2 to 3 days per week.In this role, you will be responsible for new account acquisition (Business Development) and account management/retention within Convenience & Fuel and Emerging Markets.This position aims to create and execute business models, strategies, and plans to optimize customer and product portfolio, ensure profitability, and achieve strategic positioning in the marketplace.Essential Functions:

Lead sales activities and manage relationships with Convenience & Fuel accounts (70% of the role).Lead sales activities and manage relationships for Emerging Channels business (10% of the role).Lead sales activities and manage relationships with Internal Brands for licensed food service products (20% of the role).Identify customer goals, growth strategies, and product trends.Assess customer channels, prioritize sales opportunities, and develop sales pipelines.Develop account-specific plans and secure sales opportunities.Collaborate with internal and external teams for product development and sales execution.Represent the company at industry events and develop strategic sales plans.Maintain strong client relationships at all levels.Skills And Experience:

5-7+ years of national sales experience in Convenience Store space selling food items/products.Experience in related industries is preferred.Proven track record in business development and relationship management.Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.Ability to prioritize, manage tasks, and achieve results.Financial acumen, problem-solving, negotiating, and leadership skills.Flexibility, urgency, and drive to achieve results.Travel:

May require up to 25-50% travel.Compensation:

Base Salary: $145,000 - $155,000 per year plus uncapped Commission (OTE to be discussed during the interview process).
