POS Support Technician I

Bluu Inc. is seeking a full-time POS Technician for our Los Angeles office.Job Description:Provide phone support; Document all merchant and reseller/agent issues; Resolve all outstanding issues as quickly as possiblePrepare/stage POS hardware and software for deploymentMaintain POS department equipment and toolsPerform hardware repairs as required, both in-house and in the fieldTest, evaluate, and document all software/hardware issuesProvide training to associates, merchants, and resellersInstall and configure software, hardware, cables/wiring, and networksMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issuesProvide documentation as requiredQualifications and Skills:Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitudePOS/PC support related experience preferredAble to work off-site occasionallyBusiness travel may be requiredAble to lift up to 50 lbs.
