Job Description

Job Description: Provide user support and technical assistance for workstations and laptops running Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems and MAC OS platforms remotely and desk-side Installation of client software like Microsoft Office, Java, various compilers etc. Creating Profiles to users for customizing desktop settings Create, modify and delete user accounts in Active Directory and on the Exchange server Desktop Support/ troubleshooting up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems Install, configure and maintain the regular updates of Antivirus/ EDR. Install, Configure and Troubleshoot various PC Hardware Components. Creating and building Helpdesk knowledgebase Performing IT orientations, good knowledge on Auto pilot tools Assume responsibility and ensure that computers and printers are ready for use A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience is highly desirable. Must have excellent communication skills Ability to work with remote teams, ability to work with customers directly, and must be willing to travel to customer locations in US as needed.
