Marketing Manager

to join their team for a fully remote direct-hire opportunity! As a pivotal member, you'll spearhead their B2B marketing efforts, from strategy development to hands-on execution, ensuring the growth trajectory remains robust.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to craft innovative marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.Oversee all aspects of marketing from ideation to execution, partnering closely with the B2B leadership.Drive impactful campaigns across digital, social media, content, and traditional channels.Identify target audiences and deploy effective tactics to drive engagement and conversion.Establish KPIs, leverage analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies accordingly.Work closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with business objectives and enhance client/partner engagement.Lead planning, content production, and performance measurement for mass media campaigns.Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting strategies to meet evolving priorities.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors (required)Strong analytical skills and a track record of executing data-driven marketing strategies.Minimum 5 years in marketing roles, with hands-on experience in startups or growth-stage companies.Proficiency in interpreting data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns.Experience managing marketing budgets, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.Skilled in digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM, and conversion rate optimization.Preferred experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and event organization.Preferred Requirements:

Prior exposure to startup environments, navigating challenges and driving growth.Proven success in B2B marketing strategies, enhancing lead generation and client engagement.
