Licensed Therapist - Mental Health (LICSW, LPC, LGSW, LGPC, LMFT) - Remote 1 day per week
Full-timeProvide initial diagnostic assessment and psychosocial evaluation for new clients.Provide individual psychotherapy services.Meet productivity requirements set by the agency: 5.00 hours, daily averageServe as a therapist consultant to Mental Health Rehabilitation Services (MHRS) and case managers.Enter session notes within established agency medical record system and documentation timelines.Provide crisis intervention services for assigned clients as needed.Consult with psychiatrist and other behavioral health providers as needed.Participate in staff development activities and in quality of care activities as necessary.Provide in-person therapy 4 days per week and virtual 1 day per week.Perform other related duties as assigned.Must have an LICSW, LPC, LGSW, LMFT, or LGPC license in good standing with the District of Columbia.Must have a National Provider Identification Number (NPI).Knowledge of CBT and Trauma Informed Framework experience, preferred.Experience with substance use disorders and trauma-related disorders, preferred.Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and computer skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
