We are seeking an Associate Product Manager for a long-term contract opportunity. This role will drive business growth by identifying meaningful problems and solving them through technology solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with and support internal partners and cross-functional teams across multiple lines of business at our client.
DESCRIPTION:Define the product vision, strategy, deliverables, and roadmap. Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to identify and synthesize customer pain points.Conduct thorough assessments of competing opportunities to qualify and quantify their potential business impact. Drive the product and business planning processes, define desired outcomes, specify success metrics, and ideate, assess, and prioritize solution options.Ship effective solutions to solve specific business problems, continuously iterating to increase the value delivered by the solution.Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and internal partners, aligning them around the product vision and desired business outcomes.Preferred but not required: Familiarity with UX best practices, design-thinking, customer journey mapping, and persona development. Experience planning, creating, and implementing internal solutions at scale.
Key Qualifications:3+ years experience as a software Product Manager, with a successful track record managing all aspects of the product development lifecycle and shipping software products at scale.Expertise making data-driven decisions and focusing on outcomes over outputs.Skill at developing and exercising cross-functional influence, collaborating across teams to drive alignment.Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid product development methodologies.Proficiency with behavioral analytics, user-centric design, business process mapping, and workflow analysis.
