Join us!The PositionYou play a crucial role in safeguarding our company's assets, data, and customer information. You are responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect our software, systems, networks, and physical infrastructure. You have a hands-on approach, where you actively participate in security assessments, incident response, and vulnerability management.Your PlaybookDevelop and implement a robust security program to protect our software, systems, networks, and physical infrastructure.Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices, including GDPR and CCPA.Actively participate in security assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing to identify and address potential risks and weaknesses.Lead incident response and investigation efforts in the event of security breaches, vulnerabilities, or other security incidents.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into product development, infrastructure design, service deployment and software delivery processes.Stay up to date with the latest security threats, technologies, and industry trends to ensure our security practices remain cutting-edge.Manage relationships with external security vendors, service providers, partners, and auditors.Ensure security requirements are met by providing guidance and support to internal teams, including software engineering, field engineering, operations, legal, and compliance.Prepare and deliver reports on security metrics, incidents, and risk assessments to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders.Take a hands-on approach to security operations, actively participating in security-related tasks and initiatives.Skills You Bring to the FieldA bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field required; a master's degree is preferred.Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a leadership role within security operations, preferably in a SaaS or software-first company.Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, CCPA) and their practical implementation.Extensive experience in threat modeling, risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response.In-depth understanding of secure software development practices, cloud security, network security, and data protection.Demonstrated ability to actively participate in security assessments, incident response, disaster recovery, and vulnerability management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.Our Rally CryPut Customers FirstThink as an OwnerWin as a TeamAct with IntegrityBe Better Every Day
