the position

You provide a stellar partner experience by focusing on transactional quoting, partner activity, and funnel growth of the entire team. You coordinate appropriate resources to create and execute on strategic plans to minimize partner wait times and drive incremental transactional revenue while highlighting the partner experience.

your playbookCollaborate with the Channel Sales RVPs and Regional Channel Directors as well as a cross-functional leadership team to establish go to market strategy, sales, and growth goals with transactional partners.Actively cultivate new agent engagement from a predefined list of prospective transactional agents.Coach and educate sales agents regarding Nitel products, processes, and procedures to improve their productivity and results.Work closely with Regional Channel Directors and partners to leverage selling opportunities and overall partner development.Manage transactional quoting for our partners.Maintain on-going communications with transactional partners.Identify and manage partner requests for quotes while also working with the partners to drive business to closure.Coordinate proper handoffs for larger more strategic deals that warrant more than transactional input.Attend sales calls with end users to qualify and present Nitel solutions.Coordinate with RCDs to drive complex solutions to close.Interface with multiple departments to ensure delivery of services and ongoing sales agent and customer satisfaction.Assist in onboarding needs of any new partners, as needed.Assist in jeopardy resolution, as needed.skills you bring to the field

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, preferred2+ years of sales experience in telecom or high-tech industry with strong technical capability/computer savvinessMinimum 2 years' channel, sales, marketing, and business development experienceProficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM platform Salesforce.comCreative and strategic thinking with good business senseExcellent written and oral communications skillsCrack presentation skills and training experience is a plusour rally cry
