As an Enterprise AE, you'll be working with top companies with an overarching objective to drive company revenue growth through net new customer acquisition and expansion in our current customer base. This person will work collaboratively to meet sales goals and deliver the highest standard of integrity, quality, and customer service to our clients.This role requires a self-motivated individual who excels in building relationships, has a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, and has a track record of consistently overachieving.
The job
Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to close utlizing the MEDDIC sales methodologyWork in a highly collaborative environment to team with BDR's, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Channel Partners to drive revenue and contribute to quarterly growth goalsGenerate new leads through networking and prospecting, including cold calling, as well as using marketing and PR activities of the companyWork strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities, challenges, and provide recommended solutionsStay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position Leapwork's offeringsQualifications
Extensive software sales experience (6+ years) and a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targetsThe ability to manage complex sales cyclesPreferably experience with MEDDIC sales methodologyExperience selling to IT stakeholdersHighly structured mindset and account planning skillsExperience from working with partners and manage these relations alongside your own accountsAbility to articulate complex ideas and strategiesHigh energy and attention to detail
