Job Summary

Utilize CAD software to create, update and finalize drawings in conjunction with Engineers, manage drawings and documents, and assist in Engineering administrative work.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

Participate and communicate with Engineers in design phase of projects, and proof and update revision drawings by applying basic plant design knowledgeFollow up with changes made within the plant and verify on site to finalize As-Built drawingsParticipate in MOC (Management of Change) processes and update revision drawings as necessaryOrganize and maintain electronic and hard copy documents and drawingsCreate, modify and maintain document control standard operating procedures per document security standardsLocate, print, control and manage in and out of documents and drawingsUtilize Enterprise Resource Planning software through SAPReview proposals of investment prepared by production teamSupports the company’s capital investment project progress and schedules, and review and verify document entries in SAPSupport in tracking investment goods and set distribution rules within investment for asset capitalization with adherence to company guidelinesConduct annual asset audits and report deficienciesSupport and perform other Engineering administrative duties as necessaryPerforms other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)Ability to read and translate blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge in plant design and process drawings such as P&ID, structural, piping, mechanical and electrical drawings and able to apply in draftingAbility to communicate and report effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;Experience in SAP;Critical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills;Ability to maintain confidentiality;Physical Demands & Work Environment

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, however business needs may require additional hours workedThis position primarily operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets and fax machines.This position does not supervise the work of othersTravel is not expected for this positionProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerAbility to ascend/descend stairs, ladders, if necessary;Ability to work in confined spaces as necessaryMust be able to move about the facility up to 25 % of their shiftAbility to inspect all equipment at various locations and heightsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsEducation and Experience:

Bachelor’s DegreeOR

Associate’s Degree & 2 years of directly related work experienceOR

High School Diploma/GED & 4 years of directly related experienceAsset Management experience preferred
