SEACORP's Electronic Warfare (EW) Hardware and Special Projects group is looking for a Program/Project Manager for the Hardware Solutions Business Area. The candidate must have 5-10 years of experience to support execution of ongoing tasking .
The Project Manager willwork with Technical Leads to oversee all aspects of projects including settingof schedule and assigning personnel resources and responsibilities, as well asmonitoring and summarizing progress of projects to internal and customerpersonnel. Responsibilities will include the coordination and completion ofprojects with a focus on execution within time, budget and scope.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or anEngineering Discipline.
Experience:
Fifteen (15) years of full-time professionalexperience in project management.
Five (5) years specialized experience performingwork in each of the following areas:
Demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size, scope and complexity.Demonstrated experience of contract management with Dept. of the Navy and/or Dept. of Defense programs.Demonstrated experience performing cost estimates associated with Level of Effort (LOE), scope of work and associated requirements.Demonstrated experience managing multiple Technical Instructions (TIs).Demonstrated experience completing projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.Demonstrated experience managing a technical team, develop cost estimates and schedules, prepare status reports and prepare budget reports.Demonstrated experience supporting US Navy shipboard and shore-based installation programs in Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber Defense and Combat Systems and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C6ISR).Demonstrated experience in managing Sub-contractors (if subcontracting is proposed).Clearance:
