The Supervisor of Hospital Services is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Southwest Transplant Alliance Hospital Service Coordinator. Supervisor, Hospital Services will help guide services related to STA Hospital Services programs. Engages with Clinical and Family Care leadership to foster, promote and sustain cross-departmental collaboration in support of optimal outcomes.Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or communication is required.In-depth knowledge of the OPO industry and regulatory standards, Texas hospitals, and hospital systems or equivalent.Prior experience leading or managing staff.Excellent communication skills required. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and to represent the organization publicly.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team required.Ability to cope with high levels of stress and able to handle a heavy workload.Ability to travel in light and commercial aircraft or drive his/her personal auto to meet all job duties and responsibilities. Current Driver’s License required.
