Lead Technical Consulant

to join our team in the Boston or Washinton D.C. area. Job Description: The Lead Technical Consultant will be focused on the transformation of customer IT divisions into world-class users of our enterprise software solutions. As a member of the Delivery Team, the Lead Technical Consultant serves as a technical solutions expert on technical integration and installations. They will be responsible for effectively applying the SymphonyAI integration process to meet customer needs within the realm and scope of the Statement of Work (SOW). The Lead Technical Consultant can work on all aspects of the deployment process including technical requirements gathering, managing the technical client relationship, supporting the integration, design, and testing, coordinating technical resources, and supporting product installs. The Lead Technical Consultant will be a client-focused technical and functional expert and lead and mentor a team of Technical Consultants to achieve customer success. Responsibilities: Owner of all technical aspects of delivery for our clients Understand and clearly articulate the Symphony AI Technical architecture and pre-requisites to Customers throughout the Delivery Process Consult and provide high-level technical design options for customer deployments, as well as assist customers with deployments and troubleshooting. Support product deployments, including product installs and associated environment verifications Analyze current state system Create simple technical designs for integrations that are supported by our Engineering team Develop simple design documents, including data, interface, and architectural design Work within an engagement team to identify technical requirements, functional designs, IT process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, technical training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations Work with data scientists to establish new technologies and configurations to support the analysis of data and creation of models and pipelines. Ensure installation documentation is accurate and easy for customers to follow Maintain Helm charts for Sensa installations Work with data science to ensure the ETL process is setup and configured correctly Liaises between the customer and engineering to ensure application bugs and enhancements are identified, tracked, and prioritized appropriately. Consultant Expertise: Builds solution, customer, and industry domain experience by leveraging the appropriate resources (internally and externally with the client) Communicates to effectively resolve problems or issues Establishes credibility as a conduit for solutions expertise with customers (e.g., positive customer feedback), and is viewed as trusted advisor to the customer Becomes a subject matter expert with our solutions in order to converse with credibility and confidence. Collaborates well as part of Professional Services Team to ensure clients commitments are met Proactively works with other teams within SymphonyAI to ensure client requirements are delivered and any issues are resolved in a timely manner Essential skills and expertise: Five plus years of experience providing technical consulting services to clients on behalf of a software company Experience in software development life-cycle Strong communication skills Enjoys working collaboratively in a team Passionate about providing a positive client experience

Desirable skills and expertise: Large-scale production deployments within Cloud or on Customer premise. Developing conceptual and technical design documents for multi-tier applications, including data, interface, architectural and procedural design for large enterprise companies Performing current state system analysis Knowledge of Cloud infrastructures (AWS, Google, Azure, etc.) Working knowledge of Docker and container technologies, including container registries Knowledge in RESTful and GraphQL API design and implementation Knowledge of Grafana and Prometheus and use of exposed end-point for integration Proficiency in linux environments, specifically Ubuntu and RedHat/CentOS Experience in Kubernetes (including EKS, AKS, and GKE) Experience in Kubeflow Experience using, writing, and maintaining Helm charts Proficiency in scripting languages like python and bash Working knowledge of databases, including postgres, redis, and trino Familiarity with or aptitude to learn data science and industry specific process and vocabulary to successful lead meetings with a diverse group of prospects and their respective focus Ability to talk customers through troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems Working knowledge of networking, including VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, and proxy servers Experience working with Financial Service companies Experience in DevOps and ML Ops a plus **While this would largely be a remote role, were specifically looking for someone within the greater Boston or Washington D.C area for this search** About Us: About SymphonyAI SymphonyAI is building the leading enterprise AI SaaS company for digital transformation across the most critical and resilient growth verticals, including retail, consumer packaged goods, financial services, manufacturing, media, and business IT.
