Job Summary: Under limited supervision, the full-time Senior Account Manager is primarily responsible for sales of new, cutting-edge labor market intelligence information solutions to businesses and public institutions. Working closely with product development and research teams, this individual will develop new prospects and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. The position will include a varied set of responsibilities, as described below.

Key Responsibilities:

Researching prospective sales targets and identifying opportunitiesContacting both cold and warm prospective clients via phone, email, and social mediaSetting up and attending online and face-to-face meetings with prospective clientsDelivering presentations and product demonstrations via the web links or face-to-face meetingsDemonstrating a thorough understanding of complex products and explaining the nuanced differences between productsIndependently managing a pipelineWriting effective proposals and quotesBuilding long-term professional relationshipsAttending conferences and other networking events Identifying market needs and trends and communicating socializing them within the organizationIdentifying market needs and trends and communicating socializing them within the organizationDocumenting sales activity in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemRequirements

Work Experience / Knowledge:

The ideal candidate must have at least 5-7 years' successful experience in B2B SaaS or software sales with C-level contacts.Bachelor's degree requiredFluency in Microsoft Office applicationsA clear idea of how to line up a substantial customer base.Confidence in a target-driven environment, tenacious with the motivation to exceed expectationsOutstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Sound presentation skills are a mustExperience of delivering product demonstrations and presentations in a professional environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying client needs, developing solutions, and logically organizing complex informationDemonstrate excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.Strong relationship-building abilityAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentCapable of providing and receiving constructive feedbackAbility to be a self-starter and work independentlySpecial Requirements:
