Executive Assistant to Real Estate ProfessionalHours Per Week: 20hrs per week (95% remote, 5% in our Houston, TX office as needed)Reports to: Company Founder (Vee Le)Your Impact: Join Vee, a seasoned leader in the real estate investing space, in supporting her diverse businesses: Buzz Vacation Rentals, HomeVestors, and the REBallers podcast. You'll play a pivotal role in streamlining workflow, amplifying impact, and giving back to the community by contributing to Vee's mission of building an orphanage for underprivileged children.Flexible, remote-first schedule:

Grow and gain insights alongside Vee, who values collaboration, effort, and bringing out the best in everyone.Join a supportive team: Be part of a team that prioritizes empathy, adaptability, and mutual respect.Schedule & Details:Local to Houston, TX (95% remote, 5% in office.)Expected 2-8 hours a month of 1-on-1 time at the office, flexible based on needs (training for new initiatives, planning).Potential for 1-4 hours a week of local tasks.Available to work 3-5 hours per day, including some Saturdays and Sundays.Flexible schedule that can be changed and adapted.Responsibilities:Communication Hub:
Manage inboxes across platforms, prioritize messages, and draft professional messages, ensuring smooth communication flow.Calendar & Task Maestro:
Stay ahead of schedules, organize meetings, delegate tasks, and track deadlines with efficiency.Content Collaborator:
Research, draft, and edit presentations, PDFs, and other materials to support Vee's initiatives.Remote Professional:
Handle administrative tasks like research, expense management, and document organization from your own space.Houston Ally:
When needed, handle local tasks, organize professional appointments, manage paperwork, collect mail, assist in relationship management, and provide event support for Vee.Qualifications:Required Experience:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.Tech Proficiency:
Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, Google Suite, and Asana.Organization:
Excellent organizational and communication skills.Adaptability:
Ability to adapt and learn new software quickly.Independence:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Professionalism:
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.Positive Attitude:
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for learning.Compensation: $18.50 - $25.50 hourly
