We’re in search of an organized, professional real estate executive assistant to serve as the main point of contact for the principal broker. Your responsibilities include relaying important messages to the broker, scheduling the broker’s meetings and trips, and systematizing information in the client databases. In addition, you’ll need to file paperwork, purchase office equipment, and assist with other teams as needed. Applicants should be decisive, thorough, and excellent communicators. Responsibilities:

Make appointments and travel itineraries for broker

Purchase supplies and follow office protocols

Keep a balanced record of the broker’s business transactions

Complete administrative duties, like picking up orders, or other tasks as needed

Liaise between the supervising broker and clients

Leadership Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and refine sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and expansion plans that propel our growth and success.

Cultivate a harmonious team atmosphere, stimulating open dialogue, innovation, and continuous progress.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Efficiently coordinate and manage the entire spectrum of real estate transactions, from initial listing to successful closure, while maintaining meticulous documentation.

Oversee scheduling, calendars, reporting, and communications, streamlining administrative processes for optimal efficiency.

Collaborate seamlessly with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and streamlined transaction flow.

Exercise meticulous database management, ensuring organized client information and relevant records.

Additional Responsibilities:

Champion staff development, ensuring they create remarkable client experiences daily.

Spearhead lead generation systems, including special accounts for banks and other specialized avenues.

Act as the central hub for managing agent personal business, calendars, schedules, and emails.

Lead effective office coordination, both for existing structures and seamless integration of new ones.

Execute daily tasks with precision, ensuring timely completion and operational fluidity.

Design and implement systems that guarantee a steady influx of leads into the company.

Envision, plan, and implement necessary systems and structures to accommodate anticipated business growth.

Provide detailed weekly reports on team activities, offering innovative solutions and forward-looking suggestions.

Contribute to the development of significant deals, leveraging your expertise to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and organizational skills

Can work on deadline and handle private client information

High school diploma or equivalent required

Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS

Real estate experience preferred but not required

Active real estate license in Texas.

Proven track record of 2 years in the real estate industry, showcasing both leadership and sales excellence.

Strong organizational prowess with an innate ability to juggle tasks and priorities seamlessly.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, exhibited through articulate written and verbal abilities.

Proficiency in real estate software, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

History of successful leadership and team management, with a demonstrated capacity to motivate and inspire.

Aptitude for creative problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced settings.

Compensation:$72,000 - $112,000 yearly
