We’re looking for a motivated real estate administrative director to assist the principal broker with administrative and all sorts of real estate-related tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the managing broker and clientele, screening messages and notifying the broker of important information, and overseeing (and tracking) schedules, coordinating tasks, and making arrangements. You’ll also be involved in our property management division, helping pre-qualify applicants, managing and tracking correspondence, setting up showings, and conducting due diligence on candidates. Additional responsibilities include organizing office records and customer data, ordering office equipment, and completing other administrative tasks as needed in support of the broker. Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements.Input information received about clients through streamlined database management.Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records and buying office equipment.Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary.Take notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos, or reports to the broker.Function as the main point of contact for the principal broker.Coordinate and set up appointments between service providers, owners, tenants, and other parties that may be involved in a job.Handle initial screening of prospective tenants for rental properties, schedule showings, and manage applicants through the full application process.Coordinate, track, and liaise with Transaction Coordinator, clients, and Title companies on various deals.Run errands, place orders for listing media and supplies, and conduct various tasks on behalf of the broker (vehicle necessary).Assist broker with social media announcements for listings, stories of buyers/sellers, and rental listings.Marketing (for those with experience): assist broker with managing website and GMB, creating Google ads, collecting reviews, and determining other marketing options to help target specific clients.Qualifications:

Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service.2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant.Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines.Prior experience in real estate is a bonus.Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner.A valid Real Estate License is required for this job.Compensation:

$20 - $23 hourly
