We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly.Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance.Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner.Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules.Transaction Management: Manage disclosures, reports, and documentation with the transaction coordinator. Oversee inspections, escrow processes, and compliance with real estate laws.Client Coordination: Arrange and oversee all property showings and manage logistics with team members and clients. Manage communication and negotiations related to offers.Operational Efficiency: Implement and optimize operational procedures to boost productivity and efficiency. Use technology and tools to enhance process management.Listing Management: Handle up to 10 active listings monthly, including coordinating showings and managing real estate offers.Tech Platforms: Implement digital tools such as CRM systems, document management software, and scheduling platforms to streamline operations.Develop checklists/Standard operating procedures and timelines for property preparation and transaction milestones, with regular progress updates to ensure compliance and efficiency.Qualifications:

Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred.High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license.Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills.Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience.Must have an active Real Estate license.Must have 10 years of experience working in residential real estate on a medium or large team.Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment.Must have exceptional organizational and project management skills.Must be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.Must have strong interpersonal skills with a gregarious personality.Must exhibit professionalism and a commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.Must be trustworthy and have a good spirit that aligns with our company values.Must be proficient in Outlook, G-Suite, Compass platform and other tech platforms.Compensation:

$100,000 starting salary + bonus + profit sharing
