We are searching for a team member with their Real Estate license to join our team and are offering competitive compensation and opportunity for professional development. We deeply value respect, trust, generosity, and a strong team spirit.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing/coordinating with designers, contractors, and sellers to ensure each property is market-ready.Working with the TC to ensure we have complete files of disclosures and reports.Coordinating all showings and logistics with teammates and clients.Overseeing all offers and managing all communication with offers.Overseeing inspections and ensuring smooth escrow processes by coordinating with transaction coordinators, escrow companies, lenders, and other vendors.Implement and optimize operational procedures to enhance team productivity and efficiency.Maintaining transaction documentation and compliance with real estate laws and regulations.Manage up to 10 active listings monthly, arranging and overseeing property showings, and handling real estate offers.QualificationsMust have an active Real Estate license.Must have 10 years of experience working in residential real estate on a medium or large team.Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment.Must have exceptional organizational and project management skills.Must be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.Must have strong interpersonal skills with a gregarious personality.Must exhibit professionalism and a commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.Must be trustworthy and have a good spirit that aligns with our company values.Must be proficient in Outlook, G-Suite, Compass platform and other tech platforms.Compensation$100,000 starting salary + bonus + profit sharingWHY JOIN US:Play an integral role in the growth of our Real Estate team and make a significant impact in the lives of the families we serve.
