The PositionBachelor's degree required, Paralegal Certificate preferred3+ years of litigation paralegal experienceInsurance defense experience is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to integrate into a fast-paced and team-oriented environmentExperience with drafting subpoenas and creating logs for records received.ResponsibilitiesContact outside sources to retrieve information and review and analyze the sameSearch and retrieve information from court-related databases as well as other online sources for case informationOrganize materials needed for expert witness reviewReview, analyze, and organize document productions by opposing parties and co-defendantsSummarize transcripts and organize key documentsPrepare and organize materials needed for expert witness reviewManage documents and maintain organized case filesWhy Should You Apply?Excellent Benefits including a 401k matchGenerous PTO planExcellent growth and advancement opportunitiesCorporate Discount PlansThe annualized salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000.
