We’re hiring our first person sales rep at Greptile. We have been founder-led in our sales so far and are serving 600+ customers, growing 50-80% MoM.You would lead our enterprise/mid-market sales effort and work
in-person at our office in San Francisco (free parking).Note that this starts out as a BDR role, but is likely to expand to AE/full-cycle sales in the coming months. This hire represents our transition out of purely founder-led sales.Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leadsEstablish initial customer contactDrive early sales process stagesWork with co-founders on targeting and outreach strategiesOwnership:
Prospecting and lead generationLead qualification and nurturingMulti-channel sales outreach and follow-upCRM managementRequirements:
Prior SDR experience, preferably in tech or B2BStrong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding targetsTechnical aptitude and ability to articulate product valueAdaptability to new technologies and industry trendsNote:
The compensation below is OTE.Perks/Benefits
