Business Development Representative

We’re hiring our first person sales rep at Greptile. We have been founder-led in our sales so far and are serving 600+ customers, growing 50-80% MoM.
You would lead our enterprise/mid-market sales effort and work
in-person at our office in San Francisco (free parking).
Note that this starts out as a BDR role, but is likely to expand to AE/full-cycle sales in the coming months. This hire represents our transition out of purely founder-led sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads
Establish initial customer contact
Drive early sales process stages
Work with co-founders on targeting and outreach strategies
Ownership:
Prospecting and lead generation
Lead qualification and nurturing
Multi-channel sales outreach and follow-up
CRM management
Requirements:
Prior SDR experience, preferably in tech or B2B
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
Technical aptitude and ability to articulate product value
Adaptability to new technologies and industry trends
Note:
The compensation below is OTE.

Ticket Enricher: adds codebase context to the the repo including specific file paths to look at.
Auto doc updater: writes a PR to update docs every time new code is pushed.
PR review bot: reviews PRs and leaves comments with full codebase context.
