Our current customers love migrating out of spreadsheets and into Campfire to automate their invoicing, revenue accounting and reporting, and we have a big vision to move into other product categories. We are backed by top tier investors, including Y Combinator, Foundation Capital, Twenty Two Ventures, and Functional Capital. We're looking for a an early sales hire who can help us shape sales growth, team culture, and the company itself. Campfire is on a journey to building a large, category-defining company. We push and support each other daily to reach excellence. If successful, this individual will have an opportunity to be promoted to an Account Executive. You’ll report to Campfire’s Founder / CEO and work closely with him to build and manage pipeline for the Company. He has deep sales and business development experience and was the #1 sales rep out of 100+ reps in a prior role, and has managed many sales reps in the past.Responsibilities:
Work closely with the founders to raise awareness and generate interest for Campfire through cold calling, emails, and social outreach (LinkedIn) to prospective customers. Schedule initial discovery calls for the founders Develop a strong understanding of Campfire’s product so that you can handle objections and speak to the impact Campfire can have for our customers Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the BDR role to the foundersQualifications:
1+ year of prior SDR/BDR or similar outbound tech sales experienceDemonstrated success in achieving sales goals Excellent verbal and written communication skills At ease in a fast-paced startup setting Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit You’re comfortable working in outbound and CRM software to build and manage pipelineWho you are:
Someone that’s excited to take their career in sales to the next level Someone who’s not afraid to cold call. Expect outbound activities in this role to be primarily digital such as email, but the role will also require cold calling.. Self-starter who finds excitement in building a company Passionate about being a founding startup memberWhat we offer:
