Pulley is growing quickly with over 3000 customers including unicorns like Clubhouse, Birdies, and Coda - all within our first year of product launch.Who We're Looking ForAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will drive our future growth engine by working with our growth and account executive team to build Pulley's sales pipeline. We are looking for someone who enjoys building and iterating. We take a data-driven approach to sales development.ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business leads and enhance existing relationships.Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities.Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process.Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.Work internally with other departments to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations.Qualifications & FitYou are adept at identifying high-value opportunities and capable of managing early sales funnel activities.You have a strong work ethic with the confidence to work autonomously.You thrive in a constantly changing and evolving work environment.You have excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills.BenefitsGenerous health insuranceUnlimited vacationsCommuting & foodOur CultureWe need people who aren’t just interested in working at a startup; we need people who are excited about building a great company.
