in the

Los Angeles, CA area

for an

Employment Paralegal

with experience in Personal Injury civil cases. This position would earn a

generous

base salary and

excellent benefits

3+ years of Labor or Employment Law and General Litigation practice experience

with heavy emphasis on Trial Preparation and Discovery

Experience under Attorney supervision:

Drafting, Editing, Filing, Cite-checking, assisting in all stages of trial law

preparing legal documents including:

Case documents, exhibits for basic pleadings, subpoenas, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, trials

and other proceedings is a

MUST

Ability to provide excellent

support to attorneys and trial teams

including

managing trial logistics, exhibits, trial calendars and binders , etc. is a

MUST

Effectively

communicating and coordinating with Witnesses, Clients, Attorneys, and Defense Counsel

is a

MUST

Knowledge of

EEOC and DFEH claims process

and

CA

Code of Civil Procedure

(CCP) is a

MUST

Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies

(or related degree) and/or

Paralegal Certification

is a

PLUS
