You'll perform transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to operational policies. Resolving customer inquiries efficiently is crucial for an extraordinary customer experience. Ambassadors need to be adaptable and customer experience-obsessed.Responsibilities:
Connect with customers, help determine financial needs, and ensure compliance with policies.Support customers with cash handling and services, educate on products and services, and enhance the overall customer experience.Collaborate with the team, research and answer inquiries, and support the assigned market.Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent CertificationAt least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experienceAt least 6 months of cash handling experiencePreferred Qualifications:
