Job Description: Senior Executive Administrative Assistant
Position Overview: Beacon Hill is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Administrative Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support to our client's Chief Technology Officer and Chief of Staff to the President. In this critical role, you will handle diverse, confidential, and time-sensitive tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex interactions and prioritizing tasks, contributing strategically to the executive's daily activities. Key Responsibilities:Strategically manage interactions and prioritize requests, emails, and correspondences based on organizational priorities and executive preferences.Proactively manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, projects, and events.Prepare meeting briefings, agendas, and materials for internal and external engagements.Draft correspondence, letters, emails, memos, and presentations with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders and external contacts.Coordinate various events, from small meetings to large-scale gatherings, both in-person and virtual.Arrange domestic and international travel logistics for the executive.Core Competencies:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt style based on audience and situation.Strong decision-making ability and composure under pressure.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.Proactive problem-solving skills to address issues before they escalate.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and other relevant technologies.Exemplary judgment, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.Required Experience:High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of experience in executive administrative support.Previous experience in a high-profile executive assistant role, interacting with senior executives and board members.Preferred Qualifications:Post-secondary education is highly desired.Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
