Executive Chef
for our At School segment to support multiple regions throughout the United States. This position will have a focus on culinary training and coaching and be involved in the implementation of new brands and services. The Senior Area Executive Chef will be an energetic, polished Culinary Professional with the ability to build and maintain client relationships and will participate in the re-bidding and new sales processes for the segment.We are looking for candidates who will:Ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality;Have the ability and willingness to train and motivate a large team with passion and understanding and establish direction;Have high expectations for customer service and quality of food;Have a passion for food and innovation.The ideal candidate:Has a minimum of 5 years experience as a culinary lead working in multi-site units/high-volume facilities;Has knowledge of school age meal patterns (preferred);Has a proven track record for developing, coaching, leading, and engaging culinary teams;Has a strong culinary background;Has excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and can implement company policies;Has strong management skills.Qualifications & RequirementsBasic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceBasic Management Experience - 5 yearsBasic Functional Experience - 3 yearsLocation
