Landmark Hospitality is seeking a talented Banquet Chef to join our team.Landmark Hospitality is a leader in the hospitality industry, that owns and operates unique and iconic venues such as the Liberty House, Hudson House, Stone House at Stirling Ridge, the Ryland Inn, The Farmhouse, Village Hall, and Boathouse at Mercer Lake in New Jersey as well as Hotel Du Village and the Logan Inn in Pennsylvania.Landmark Hospitality specializes in upscale restaurants, event spaces, and boutique hotels that are growing and have exciting opportunities available for the right individuals.The Banquet Chef candidate must be able to think on the fly and have creativity and leaves a lasting impression with guests and memory makers alike.Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, must be in a fast-paced, fine dining environmentIndividual must be organized, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment.Experience in all aspects of banquets serviceCreate and assist in menu development, ordering and computer skillsMust have an unexpired Serv Safe certificationMust be able to work independently, but as a team playerMust be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidaysBe a self-motivator and motivator of othersWork in a safe, prudent, and organized manner.Must be able to relate to all levels of guests and management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills,Successful culinary production for the banquet / catering operationExcellent leader and trainerStrong interpersonal skills and attention to detailIf you meet these qualifications and have a true passion for this industry; join our team of memory makers and help to create memories for all our guests and team members.Salary Commensurate with experience.Landmark Hospitality is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offShift:10-hour shift8-hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftWeekly day range:Weekend availabilityWork setting:Fine dining restaurant
