This is a part-time opportunity (~10-20 hours/week).Opencare’s Mission:To reinvent how dentists run their practices, so they can focus on providing exceptional patient care.Running a dental practice is becoming more and more complicated every year. At Opencare, we believe that dentists shouldn't have to worry about managing their practice, which frees them up to prioritize world-class patient care experiences. Through the Opencare marketplace, we are enabling dentists to connect with new patients, streamline their day-to-day operations, and manage their billing seamlessly.Our Marketing team Vision:In order for Opencare to truly impact a change in people’s perceptions around dentistry, we need to attract patients to our platform, and effectively communicate the “why” behind this vision.How will you help us get there:As a Graphic Designer at Opencare, you’ll be working closely with the Director of Marketing to create content for our paid social, landing pages & email marketing initiatives as well as help improve the first touch experience of customers.Your primary role will be to:Plug into the existing marketing workstreams and own the production of creative assets (static, video, motion graphics, animations etc.)Design and execute A/B tests for landing pages across each paid channelTrack and measure performance metrics and prepare summary reports for the marketing team as well as senior leadershipAnalyze high-level campaign performance and recommend creative strategies or performance testingDevelop and maintain Opencare’s visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materialsSupport the product and sales team with ad-hoc creative requestsSkills and attributes we are looking for in a successful candidate:3-5 years of graphic, web, performance media, and motion design experienceWorking knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategiesExpertise in Adobe CC, Figma, and CanvaExperience using Figma, Sketch, InVision, AdobeXD, or similar productsExperience with email campaign design and layoutFluency in understanding and interpreting strategy, creative/campaign briefs and developing initial brand and design conceptsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of front-end development and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with landing page designsWorking knowledge of HTMLComfortable with public speaking and presenting results and findings in front of senior leadershipThe above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
