In this position, you will act as the second in command in our kitchen, following and enforcing our executive chef’s requirements and guidelines. Our ideal candidate is a creative professional who is willing to participate in creating delicious menus and meal designs.Responsibilities:Supply restaurant daily recap to the corporate chef on current operationsEnsure that inventory is properly stored, and the product is rotatedCross-train all staff to clean, organized their station, and taste their dishesMaintain the food standards and execute them consistently with the culinary teamKeep a professional team orientated environmentQualifications:2-3 years of Food & Beverage experience preferredA well-groomed appearancePrevious experience in a fast-paced, busy environment with minimal supervisionBachelor’s degree in culinary science or relevant field.Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompetences:Customer ServiceInterpersonal SkillsEthicsGood JudgementProof of vaccination will be required upon job offer
