You'll perform a variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to operational policies. You'll resolve customer inquiries efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience. Our Ambassadors need to be adaptable, customer experience-focused, and growth-minded. Our Branch team aims to enhance the financial lives of the communities we serve. We seek outgoing, passionate individuals to be part of this reimagined banking experience.Responsibilities:Engage with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide guidance.Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.Support customers with cash handling, service needs, and educate them on products and services.Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.Research and address customer inquiries to improve retention and engagement.Travel between branches in the local area as needed.Basic Qualifications:- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience- At least 6 months of cash handling experiencePreferred Qualifications:- Associate's degree- 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking ExperienceIf you resonate with our vision, let's connect.
