Job Summary:

As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front office operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will lead a team of front desk associates, set performance standards, and provide training and support to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests. Additionally, you will handle guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records of room inventory and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the front desk team, including hiring, training, and performance managementOversee daily operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest servicesEnsure compliance with Marriott brand standards and company policiesHandle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous mannerMaintain accurate records of room inventory, reservations, and financial transactionsCoordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfactionMonitor and analyze guest feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvementImplement and enforce safety and security procedures to protect guests and employees

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hotel front office operations, preferably in a managerial roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and team-building abilitiesProficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FOSSE)Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Marriott brand standards and procedures preferredBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
