One Senior Project Manager will be managing a portion of the border wall project in the Rio Grande City location, and the other Senior Project Manager will be managing a highway project in Kennedy County. The Texas division of this company is growing rapidly and we’re adding full-time employees to manage the project backlog, and the new projects as they continue to win them. Star County – State of TX project – the project will include the construction of roads and walls by following federal specs. We're looking for a Senior PM who can take the ball and run with it. This person needs to be more than just a moderator. They need to be a Subject Matter Expert in Heavy Civil, concrete, steel and roadwork. The candidate should be open to travel. They're on a MAHTOC which starts in Brownsville and goes up through El Paso / or at least up to Del Rio (the whole South East border stretch of Texas). The project is slated to be at least 3 years. It's a $500M which they are already contracted for $250M currently. They are halfway through it that work, and bidding for more. They are shortlisted out of 4 contractors, so it's pretty much guaranteed for another 3 yrs. Project team will include – working with USACE, a QCM, Safety Manager, Superintendent and 1 or more Project Engineers. This role will sit at the project site. If the person is senior enough, he/she may be traveling between multiple jobs.

Highway Project:

Kennedy county – TXDOT project – the project entails paving a 13-mile road on both sides, 4 lanes/52 miles total. The road will include building bridges, storm utilities, hot mix and dirt work. The budget is $200M, for 4 years. They're short on staff and need TXDOT experience. After adding a Sr. PM, they'll be seeking Sr. Project Engineers too. The Sr. PM must be able to speak to the TXDOT process, paper trail, sequence of things so they don’t have to teach.
