Looking for Senior Analysts with a knack for Power BI to assist one of our CFO clients that recently landed with a new company. Heavy dashboarding/visualizations in addition to traditional corporate finance work - budgeting, forecasting/modeling, mgmt. reporting and ad hoc projects. This person will serve a critical role in bridging the gap between finance and IT as well as catching the team up on a backlog of requests for things that need to be built out in Power BI.
Opportunity to step into Business Unit Finance Partner or corporate FP&A Manager role further down the line for the right individuals!
Compensation DOE: $100-130K
Day-to-day:
Develop and maintain advanced financial models, forecasts, and reports using Power BI.Analyze financial data and performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Design and implement dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to effectively communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders.Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to management to support strategic planning and operational decisions.Monitor financial KPIs and metrics, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of financial information.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to financial analysis and Power BI.
Looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with demonstrable expertise in using Power BI for financial reporting and analysis.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.Certification in Power BI or similar BI tools is a plus.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:the individual's skill sets, experience and training;licensure and certification requirements;office location and other geographic considerations;other business and organizational needs.With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
