G/FORE is seeking for a Jr. Graphic Designer to join our small creative team. You will support the marketing and creative team in the ideation and production of graphic design assets across all mediums which includes; social media channels, advertising, packaging, sales materials, while working closely with other designers to create exciting art that maintains brand integrity and stays true to our aesthetic.Responsibilities
Support the creative team in creating compelling visual assets across all mediums, which include: web, email, social media channels, advertising, packaging and sales materials.Create visual assets for our International partners across all mediums including web, social channels, advertising, sales materials.Assist the Sales team in creating seasonal linebooks and keeping those up to dateActively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new ideas and creative solutions to meet project objectivesCreation visually appealing designs for a wide range of digital and print assetsOptimize designs for different platformsMaintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines, ensuring all visual assets align with our brand’s tone, style, and valuesAssist both marketing and creative teams with various tasks as neededStay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, implementing innovative ideas to enhance design quality and user experienceHave a positive and proactive attitudeQualifications
3+ years of graphic design experience in a brand or agency settingBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related fieldMulti-disciplinary design portfolioMust be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and FigmaUnderstanding of UI/UX, HTML/CSS, and Motion is a huge plusCan work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Knowledge and understanding of creative content for social platforms
