Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager in our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the VP Sales at Achieve Test Prep. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of the department. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Salary plus commission or commission-only plans availableThe ability to work 100% remoteSubstantial company-provided leadsBookers - to book your appointments and to help keep your calendar full so you can do what you do best (selling and leadership)An overbooking strategy that allows our top performers to have backup appointments in the case of no-showsA player-coach role with room to take on more management with time and success.To succeed in this position, you must be experienced in sales with a proven track record of outstanding sales performance, as well as leadership experience. The role demands some late nights to meet with students as well as the flexibility to work some weekends to accommodate student schedules.

We are looking for the following qualities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Support:Assist the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the teamCoordinate team activities, ensuring smooth collaboration and communicationAct as a point of contact for team members and address day-to-day operational issues

2. Operational Oversight:Support the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiencyMonitor key performance indicators and report on team performanceImplement process improvements and contribute to operational excellence

3. Project Coordination:Assist in planning and coordinating departmental projectsCollaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are metMonitor project progress and address any challenges that arise

4. Customer Interaction:Collaborate with the Sales Manager to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsAddress client inquiries and concerns promptlyContribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction

5. Communication and Reporting:Assist in communicating departmental goals, objectives, and results to team membersPrepare regular reports on team performance, project status, and key metricsFacilitate communication and information sharing within the team
